In 2004 we proudly expanded our operations by opening a purpose built cutting and processing plant in Axminster, Devon. We were delighted to welcome Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall to officially open the plant, who follows our own ethos on sourcing fresh local produce.
This modern facility has enabled us to serve our customers more efficiently and has given us dedicated space to develop our own range of award winning dry cured bacon, hams and sausages.
The factory employs local qualified butchers who start bright and early six days a week to ensure that local pubs and resturants are supplied with fresh meat every day. We have our own refrigerated vehicles who deliver to our trade customers across the South West.
