Complete Meats is a well established catering butchers based in East Devon. In 2004 we proudly expanded our operations by opening a purpose built cutting and processing plant in Axminster.

This modern facility has enabled us to serve our catering customers more efficiently and has given us dedicated space to develop our own range of award winning dry cured bacon, hams and sausages.

The factory employs local qualified butchers six days a week including a night shift, to ensure that local pubs and restaurants are supplied with fresh meat every day. We have our own refrigerated vehicles who deliver to our trade customers across the South West.

Complete Meats has been trading since 1988 and we have established a strong reputation amongst our retail and trade customers for excellent quality meat.  We take pride in sourcing much of our meat from local West Country farms, many of which owner Shaun Vining has been dealing with for years and has visited personally.

The cutting  plant is EC Licenced and ABM certified, this means we can provide fully traceable meat and send you a weekly email so you can advertise its provenance to your customers. Combined with a computerized sales order process, we are able to provide excellent customer service and next day delivery. All our meat is fully matured, well trimmed by hand and we offer a butchery service tailored to your specification. We are dedicated to ensuring that we deliver top class meat.

Complete Meats continues to go from strength to strength as our facility allows us to cater for large contracts such as NHS Hospitals and schools as well as provide a top quality butchery service for individually owned pubs and restaurants. We operate an open door policy and welcome chefs and business managers to visit our cutting plant by appointment. OUR  PRODUCT RANGE

Local free range meat beef, lamb and pork  – cut to your requirements.

Award winning sausages - we make a range of over 30 varieties of fresh sausages. Many are award winning and perfect for a sausage and mash night, all day breakfast or mixed grill. we also make our own pigs in blankets individually quick frozen & boxed in 100′s.The more unusual varieties have a minimum order quantity of 5kg as we make them to order and require 48 hours notice.

Also available are our own frozen pork 8’s (suitable for deep fat frying), gluten free, low fat and low salt versions.

Beef burgers  – our own standard burgers are available frozen and boxed. Fresh beef burgers, steak burgers, lamb & mint and pork & apple .

Free range and standard chicken, turkey and duck.

Home cured free range ham and bacon.
Homemade black pudding and hogs pudding.

Also

Biltong, boerewors, drywors.

Game pie mix, pheasant, goose and game available when in season.

Exotic/unusual meat to order.

Offal.

Home cooked and sliced ham, turkey and beef.

A superb range of West Country Cheeses, salami etc and pate.
